Document Control/Archiving Assistant – Cambridge

Part-time, bank or one year fixed term contract

Interested in Quality Assurance? We have an opportunity for an organised, methodical person to support our archivist and manage the production, distribution and version control of controlled documents in compliance with our procedures.

IVF treatment is highly regulated and we operate to strict procedures. The post would be on a bank or fixed  term contract to support our QA team during a system upgrade, working 15-20 hours a week over a minimum of 3 days with flexibility over start and finish times. You will need to be fairly fit to lift archive boxes (manual handling training will be provided) and be competent in Microsoft Office applications.

The role will be split between providing desk based support to the team with the day to day management of controlled documents using a bespoke database and working in the on-site basement archive destroying old records, handling staff requests for archived records and managing the intake of new submissions. Full details are available here.

Healthcare Assistant – Cambridge

Full-time (37.5 hours a week)

Want to provide patient care? The role of healthcare assistant involves helping the nursing staff to deliver excellent patient care to all who attend the clinic.

We are looking for a confident person with an eye for detail and a willingness to provide a range of different tasks with minimal supervision. NVQ1 in Healthcare would be an advantage. More information here.

Operating Department Practitioner – Cambridge

Bank contract

Fascinated by the theatre? The role of the ODP is to assist in the day to day management of the theatre department to ensure the highest standards of care to all patients who undergo fertility procedures with us.

You will to be a qualified ODP with an empathetic approach to fertility patients.
