Our specialist IVF fertility clinic is housed in a Jacobean manor house, in 22 acres of private parkland, in the village of Bourn, 10 miles west of the historic university city of Cambridge. This clinic is where Bob Edwards, Jean Purdy and Patrick Steptoe set up the world’s first IVF clinic. Their ground-breaking story can also be seen in the Netflix movie Joy.

If you are a woman aged under 35 years, you have a 60% chance of having a baby after a single IVF cycle.
35 to 39 years old
