Driven by a passion for patient advocacy, Lee has extensive experience in both in-house and agency settings, developing collaborative relationships that span the full product lifecycle.

At Bourn Hall, Lee leverages this experience to lead the Patient Services teams across all Bourn Hall clinics in Cambridge, Norwich, and Essex. Drawing on a deep understanding of patient needs and healthcare dynamics, Lee ensures that the Patient Services team provides comprehensive support throughout the fertility journey. From the initial consultation to follow-up care and post-treatment; the team offers emotional support to patients and helps patients navigate the emotional complexities of fertility treatments.
