• Healthcare Cash Plan – you can claim back costs of all sorts of medical and associated services up to the plan limits e.g. specialist consultation, diagnostics, optical and dental check-ups and treatment, osteopathy, physiotherapy, chiropody, private GP. Our current policy is with Bupa and up to four children, aged 24 and under, can be added, providing them with the same level of cash back benefit. If you wish to include a child, please provide their name and date of birth in your return email. 
• Employee Assistance Plan – this provides access to telephone and face to face counselling, personal, legal and financial support, health advice including wellbeing advice, online information portal.
• Life assurance to the value of four times annual salary.
• Holiday entitlement is 25 days annual leave and eight bank holidays for full time staff. An additional day’s holiday entitlement is awarded every five years of service.  There are also monetary loyalty awards from 5 years onwards paid every five years.
• Sick pay entitlement is one month on full pay and one month on half pay in any rolling twelve-month period.
• Enhanced maternity/paternity pay during the first 12 weeks.
• Defined contribution pension plan which is entirely portable and operated on a salary sacrifice basis which means your pension contributions are deducted before you pay tax so it’s a tax efficient way of saving for retirement.  The standard contribution levels are 5% employee and 4% employer so 9% each month goes into your pension pot.  Employees can contribute more on a regular or ad hoc basis if they wish.
• Bonus schemes – we have a profit share bonus scheme and a discretionary bonus scheme called Golden Mars Bar Award. You can either nominate a colleague for going the extra mile outside of their normal day to day duties or a colleague can nominate you for the same reason. The Golden Mars Bar Award nomination will need to be forwarded to me for consideration. I will share your nomination with the Board Directors and Head of Human Resources. If the nomination is successful, we will provide a gift voucher of choice, up to the value of £250.
